1995 mazda millenia smoking blue smoke

Hi I am new at this so please bear with me, I have a 1995 mazda millenia with a v6 supercharged it has around 175k not sure of the engine size, the car started smoking really bad all of a sudden I have kept up with oil changes every 3000 miles, I pulled the spark plugs they came out charcoal black and soaked with oil compression test was taken all cylinders are around 145 to 150 psi the other thing I noticed was the supercherger tubing or sucktion ports dont know exact name were soaked and dripping oil, pcv valve is not that old hose is not clogged can blow air throug it. I was told is sucking oil through the intake and the supercharger my question is where is the oil coming from? is the supercharger bad? any help would be greatly appriciated thanks.
