1996 Mazda MX6 Repair Question

1996 Mazda MX6 front brake stuck,rubbing,hot?
Brakes problem
1996 Mazda MX6 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 156000 miles
I think my front, left break is rubbing rotor. It's the only wheel just covered in break dust. I got out after driving it, and it was so hot I couldn't touch it. All the other brakes are cleaner and cooler. It makes a rubbing noise, and is a bit louder the faster I go. I doubt it's the bearing. I haven't taken the wheel off to look but would just like an opinion. It doesn't veer off to the left either.
any opions?
