Electrical problem
1990 Mazda MX6 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

my step dad has told me to replace the coil, cap, rotor, and now we have replaced distributor i dont know if we need to adjust timing now or not what else would cause it to continue to turn over and not spark and start. we have checked all plugs and wires they are good plz help
