Noises problem
1990 Mazda MX5 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

Last Sunday it ran beautiful, Monday morning I drove it to my Dr.S appointment, it was missing on the way there and has not stopped yet. We have changed the spark plugs, checked the wires(all are firing) and have pulled the cover on the engine all the lifters are working under the cover what else can be causing the missing, should we pull the injectors?
Wish we could afford a donation, but with my doctor bills and surgery bills we don't have much left. Wish it could be more than what I am sending.

My dad was able to get a compression checker and we checked each of them showed 25-50 pounds of compression. We thought it should be more or are we wrong? Going to check for vacume leaks Thursday weather premitting.
Thank you!

Compression must be 145 psi+ a possibility maybe Timing belt may have jumped see diagram
