1995 Mazda MX3 squeaky dash

I'm in the process of buying this car - its been kept in excellent shape.

The dash squeaks though. It sounds like a plastic on plastic squeak.

Can this be fixed? If so, how?

I have this exact same problem in mine, all I did to fix it was to stick a wedge between the plastic covering and the outer edge, and it quit right away. Drove me nuts but hey, now it's fixed and only cost me part of a cigarette package.
