1992 Mazda MX3 no fire...

Electrical problem
1992 Mazda MX3 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 153,00 miles

I have a 92 mazda mx3. I have no power to fuel pump or no fire on engine. So far i have changed the fuel pump. {It works when jumped off of diagnostics connector}. I changed Distrubuter, timing belt, crank sensor, PCM,and all relays and cleaned all the grounds. I have no fuel, spark, fuel gauge, or tack. All lights, blinkers, heater, sun roof works fine.
Do U know pin locations on pcm.
Also i have a GS portalac Battery looking thingy iun the hatch back any idea what this is for.

Thank You Very Much
