Tires and Wheels problem

I was wondering if is there any type of paint or buffing to fix some scratches that my rims has because I have an accident and I have deep scratches on 2 rims right side

Nothing I know of can remove and refinish deep gouges or scratches from steel(chrome) or aluminim rims...
