2007 Mazda CX7 How to remove fuse #17 DSC fuse in engine co

2007 Mazda CX7 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 32000 miles
I need to check fuse #17 DSC fuse in engine comp. on main fuse block problem is the fuse is enclosed in a little box with fuses #16 & #15 the ABS and I'm not sure how to open the little box all three reside in. I see a little hing on the little box but I don't want to break the box trying to get the fuses out. Do i just pull real hard on the box w/the three fuses then open the box or open the box to pull the fuses. is there a special tool? I don't get it and the manual doesn't address these fuses. Help please.
