Problems with cranking engine

1994 Mazda b4000 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 132,00 miles
Hello, I have had problems with my truck. It started clicking and it wouldn't start. I replaced the Cilanold and thought the problem was fixed. It started doing it again I took to an Auto parts store and they told me it was my battery. Replaced the battery and it work fine after my 4th try it did it again!? Could it be the starter or the ingnition switch?? Its driving me nuts trying to figure it out..
