1990 Mazda b2600 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

Sir; I have 1990 b2600I p/u which I have rebuilt motor, I labled all cables that I could find, all functions work but starter will not work with ignition key.I can jump starter the starter and it will work.I have a po wer cable on 2 terminals and a wire on the solonoid, I have continuity from ignition sw, to starter, but I can not figure out what I am missing. Thank you for your help. Yours Toro2

Check you have a good ground connection from starter motor ?
