2001 Mazda b2200 jerking when coming out of shifts

2001 Mazda b2200 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 60134 miles
Okay so I have been riding my bike since the weather has been nice and when I started driving my truck this week i've started to feel a jerking/jumping motion coming out of each shifts and its progressively gotten worse. It's a five speed B-2300 mazda pick-up. Thanks ahead of time
