Truck idles but will not rev. Fuel pressure 35 - 40 pounds ( manual says 65 -80 requires). replace fuel pump and sending unit, replaced TPS (smelled burnt and zero reading when plugged in, reference to TPS .6), compression good (above 160), full tune up, vacuum 20 pounds, dropped exhaust in case plugged - no change. Any ideas?
