1991 Mazda b2200 Repair Question

1991 Mazda b2200 Engine throttle when driving.
When driving my truck my engine does not go to idle
when the gas pedal is released.
And sometimes when the truck is in park and i press the gas pedal the motor reves up and does not idle.
