Spitting and sputtering

Engine Performance problem
1989 Mazda b2200 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 147,00 miles

hi i own a 89 mazda B2200 i was driving home yesterday and i came to a stop light and my truck started to spit and sputter then stalled out i started it back up and drove home but it would spit and sputter when i came to a stop. also when i put my hand down by my exhaust tip i cant really feel any exhaust coming out but i can feel and smell it up by the driver door can anyone help me ?

Check the idle air control valve/motor/ISC and EGR valve-also check the exhaust system for restriction
