2000 Mazda 626 Wheel Studs and Bolts

Today a was having two new tires put on my car, but they (place A) were unable to get the two tires off because the previous place (place B) overtightened the lugs. My rims have to be torqued to 80 ft lbs and they were overtightened to 150 ft lbs. In the attempt to take my tires place A broke two of my studs on the passenger side. My Questions:

Would I be able to just change those two studs?

How can I get the rest of the lugs off without breaking them?

How much would something like this cost, both ways (changing two or changing the whole hub)?

Thanks in advance for the help. I greatly appreciate it!
