1998 Mazda 626 100,000 miles 4 cyl

Had a tune up last year, a week later the engine light goes on.

Codes read P1506 Idle Air Ctrc Overspeed error

Its supposed to run at 1000 rpms. I notice when I stop it plummets down for a bit then goes back up to about 800

Any suggestions?
