Clunking noise when driving
Noises problem
2008 Mazda 5 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 18,300 miles
My 2008 Mazda 5 is making a clunking noise while driving. It sounds like it is coming from the rear of the car. There is no pattern to the noise. Sometime it stops and then starts again. It sounds like something is loose and is hitting against something else. There is nothing visible hanging when I looked underneath and the muffler is fine. It sounds like metal hitting metal.
