2006 Mazda 5 misfire #1

Engine Performance problem
2006 Mazda 5 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 120000 miles

My car started to run rough, took it to auto store and they hooked it up to scan for codes. They said misfire in #1. I have checked the plugs , the ignition coil and the fuel injector all good. What else could be the problem ? This one is driving me crazy, help will be greatly appreciated.
