Does it have a rough idle in Neutral position. If not could be the clutch slipping.

Do this at 1st gear ease on out on the clutch and when it gets to the point when you normally release it, kick on the gas if revs up high before it reacts its slipping. Maybe a free play/height adjustment if not then its time for a clutch assy.

Then again it might be coming from the electronic engine controls-

Try checking for an exhaust back pressure to rule the exhaust system-Hence Catalytic Converter.

Thanks for your advice really appreciated, I have just one more problem when I am moving away in first gear when the car is stationery or when reversing I can hear like a ticking sound coming from behind. Please advise what this can be.

could be something loose -check the exhaust system or look for an exhaust leak

I have been told the ticking is because I need a new back box on my exhaust.
