1998 Mazda 323 Repair Question

1998 Mazda 323 Electric windows
Electrical problem
1998 Mazda 323 Front Wheel Drive Manual 78000 miles
Not sure what is up but the electric windows were working yesterday but within 1 min stopped working on both drivers & passenger controll. I have checked the fuse & everything is ok there. The car does have a problem of when the window is open water can drip in but mot much around the controll for the electric windows. Could this have affected the windows & stopped them working? None of teh other electrics have any problems.
Also on the heating the only setting that works is full blow, what could the fault be?
