hello, recently my car was submerge in flood waters due to the flooding here in the philippines...the effect of this incident is that mechanics and auto electrical repair man are very hard to find since almost everybody here in manila have the same problem as mine. the thing is i'd like to know if the computer box in my car is damage or not. the alternator cranked but the engine wont start, is it because the computer is broken? any idea is much appreciated....thanks in advance
