1995 Mazda 323 Repair Question

1995 Mazda 323 unsure
Smells problem
1995 Mazda 323 V12 Front Wheel Drive 160000 miles
when i start up my car the revs are very high up at 2000 revs when its ticking overuntil i drive it n the they will go down to normal when its ticking over. and there is alot of smoke coming out of the exhaust when i start up the car and drive it for the fist while??? is there some thing wrong with my car??
