My 323f sedan has about 100 ml coolant leak when I fill up the radiator to the maximum. If I didn't fillup and leave it as is the coolant level never drops. Why does it leak when the radiator filled to maximum.

Simply put, the engine doesn't need that extra 100 ml of coolant. The system's designed to be pressurized and pushes out that excess of coolant every time you fill it back up.

Just let it spit that little bit out and don't put any more in, it's fine.

If it was leaking a lot quite often, then i'd be concerned.
