1991 Mazda 323

I recently bought this car with only 30,000 and was driving it with no problems then I took it in for an oil change and presto, they took it out for a test drive and it stopped on them and they could start it again and had it towed back to the shop. Now after 2 motnths, they have guessed at parts to replace and still its not running. These are the parts

Fuel Strainer 22.01
Map scensor 255.56
PCM 736.61
Cooling Temp sensor 25.74
Diagnotic 55.00
Labor 5.5 hr.
Total of 1300.00 and the car still doesn't run.
What is the mark up on the parts?
What recousre do I have?
