1990 Mazda 323 Repair Question

Brakes problem
1990 Mazda 323 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 165000 miles
My car has been sitting for almost a year, I got the right front cv/axle replaced. But now when you start the car every thing appears to be fine until you drive it. After you engage the car into any gear there is a drastic loss of pressure in both the clutch and brake systems, I am hoping it's not the power booster. But I think I might be right due to the damage of the diaphram in it. Please let me know.
