I was in a target parking lot and I accidently drove over the barrier for the barking space when I was trying to pull through. It scraped really loudly. I stopped when it was about halfway in between my fron and back wheels. I then backed up to clear it through the front so that it wouldn't hit my bumper on the way out the back. I took it to a car place right after and they said nothing was leaking. Everything seems fine when I drive and I haven't noticed and sounds or difference in control. I worry though that maybe I bent something important or something. Should I be concerned?

It is possible nothing was damaged. If the shop said nothing was leaking, then about the only other thing to do woul b e to have the alignment checked to see if it bent a control arm. Or if the exhaust is bent

So what does it mean if I bent a control arm? What will that cause and about how much is it to get that fixed? What does it mean if the exhaust is bent? Like I said I only went about halfway between the front and rear wheels, I kept it away from the muffler.

It would cause the alignment to be of which will rsult in tire wear and the car pulling while driven. Have it checked before worrying about anything. Dont tell them what happened, just have the alignment checked that way it is like a blind study, they wont be as apt to try to sell you something unless it is actually bad
