2007 Mazda 3 Chrping sound

Hi experts, I can hear a chirping sound, something similar to a running water/bubbles from somewhere under the dash. It can only be heard when the engine warms up and when I release the gas pedal/change gears. I tried to locate the sound but when the hood is open, it cannot be heard from outside, however, it drives me crazy when I'm sitting in the car.

It's not the window, passenger seat belt etc. My mazda dealer replaced the rubber thing which connects the engine and the body, but it didn't help.

Should anybody have any idea, I'd be very very grateful.
