My was caught in a flash flood. None of the electrical was affected, water did not get into the cab or the engine. I try and start and all I hear is a click, nothing else

I would suspect that some water may have gotten up onto the starter solenoid, damaging it and causing it to fail. You can have the starter tested both on or off of the vehicle at most part stores, free of charge. Have you tried jumpering the starter solenoid with a screwdriver to see if it engages when you do that?
