Location of modulator valve on trans, mission

Modulator valve needs to be replaced, I have to shift to drive 2 in order to pull off after adead stop, then shift to regular drive once I'm over 35mph. I've alreadt bought new modulator valve, but don't know excatly where to find old one on the transmission.

You have the new one to look at so just look on the transmission for the old one that looks the same. That doesn't sound like a modulator valve problem, but you'll typically find it on the right rear corner right above the transmission pan You have the wrong model and engine size listed so I couldn't look up the location for you.
