2003 Other Lincoln Models V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic
A mechanic has told me there is oil leaking from the front and rear struts. He wants to replace them I wonder of the seals can be replaced rather then replacing the struts.

no seals are not replacable. Struts come as a partial assembly. the springs an dplates form yur car/truck have to be put on the new ones.
