I recently picked up a 2003 Navigator that had not been driven for 5 months. Once I got it started, the air suspension system never began to run. I disconnected the suspension relay and jumped the wires to the pump and the pump ran. I do not want to spend a lot of money. I believe if I had an understanding on how the system work and some trouble shooting information I would be able to remedy the problem.
