My check suspension light keeps coming on when towing my travel trailer. 6000#. It doesn't come on when I am not towing my trailer. What could be causing the problem.

Have the air springs ever been replaced? If not, that could be the problem altogether. Another possibility would be the compressor being weak and the system "timing-out". I would recommend doing a leak test first:
