Bleeding

Engine Cooling problem
1994 Lincoln Mark VIII V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 120000 miles

I am trying to bleed the cooling system on this car and was informed it had to be bled. I have no idea where the bleeders are located or what to do when i find them. can you terll me the locatiobn and the proceedure?.

No bleeder on engine run with cap off till all air expelled. What is problem?

Theres a plug on top of the motor that has a 1/4 drive square hole to remove it. Remove the plug and run the engine. The air will escape allot quicker.
