1994 Lincoln Mark VIII bleeding

I am trying to bleed the cooling system on this car and was informed it had to be bled. I have no idea where the bleeders are located or what to do when I find them. Can you terll me the locatiobn and the proceedure.

No bleeder on engine run with cap off till all air expelled. What is problem?

Theres a plug on top of the motor that has a 1/4 drive square hole to remove it. Remove the plug and run the engine. The air will escape allot quicker.
