1991 Lincoln Mark VII Battery Not Chargeing
Electrical problem
1991 Lincoln Mark VII V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 73820 miles
Have a 1991 Mark VII LSC. Have replace battery, ECM and Alternator. When the engine is running still only show voltage of battery.
From what I have found should show around 14-15 Volts if system is charging correctly.
What do I need to check.
Thanks

Replace the voltage regulator mounted on the passenger side fender. It is a cheap part and will probably fix the problem. These cars have external regulators.
