In the last 6 months the a/c has not been working. It blows really hot at 90 and almost as hot at 60. I have read forum after forum to come to a conclusion that it is probably the DCCV. I changed that out on Friday and stil have the same issue. 6 months ago I topped off the 134a, without a gage (bad). When I checked it with a gage I realized that it was over 90, in the red, I bled out the extra and now it reads 40-45. The compressor comes on, well at least it sounds like it does.

I also did the test on the inside to look for errors (hold off and leg, then press AUTO) I had no errors come up.

I am stuck now thinking I have to bring it in for a checkup.

Your thoughts please, I hate spending 90+ hr to often get no further.

If you turn on the vents and you move hte selector level from cold to hot does the air temperature change or does it stay the same? Same on heater and same on ac?

The temp is very close coming from the vents whether it is on heat or cold. The temp with and without the AC depressed is the same. If I use Auto it kicks out air throughout the vents on 90 at 60 it kicks out of the top vents. When I turn off the auto and use on the tops vents, temp is close, slightly cooler at 60 then 90

I belive your problem may be with the blend door or the switch, id have the shop look at the switch, if thats not it the blend door is probably sticking.
