2000 Lincoln LS Hydrolic cooling fan and pump not runing

2000 Lincoln LS V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 138000 miles
My name is jim and i recently had an exhaust timing chain break due to a bad tensioner. Anyway replaced everything that was broken and left the old parts alone. Since havig it running again the fan has shown no sign of functionality. Please tell me as many possibilities to fix this. Really appreciate it........ Jim Lincoln LS
