Hypothetically, what would happen if you removed the catalytic converters from a 2000l lincoln ls?

You wouldn't pass an EPA inspection and your computer would through you a code thinking your cat is clogged and/or the O2 sensor after the cat is failing.

The computer will compensate and the car will drive fine.
