Car will not start unless outside temp. is over 80. When trying to start it will run for a second-stop-run a little longer until it finally stays running. Once it starts it will run all day without a problem. Also when trying to start, the fuel pump will also make a noise (pumping) after several attemps to start. Once this happens several times, the engine will start for a second and after repeated attemps to start it will finally stay running. Does anyone have a suggestion to correct this problem?
