2008 Lexus RX 350 throttle bodyand injectors
Engine Mechanical problem
2008 Lexus RX 350 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
what is involved in power cleaning injectors and flushing the fuel rail?
what is involved in cleaning the throttle body and intake valves?
can I do this in my own garage? I'm out of work and am trying to save $$ and these things are due to be done

I am sure you have good intentions, but unless there is some sort of driveability issue, the work is a suggestion by the car maker and not an absolute "must do" thing. Change the oil and filter, keep the tires aired up and by all means if there is a driveability issue, address it straightaway, but fixing what is not broken, especially with a tight budget, is possibly going to be problematic.
