1999 Lexus RX 300 Sluggish Transmission

1999 Lexus RX 300 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 137000 miles
The truck shifts sluggishly from third to overdrive on a cold engine. Now, on a warm engine it does not shift at all from third to overdrive.
