1999 Lexus RX 300 Knocking noise from wheel area

1999 Lexus RX 300 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 108000 miles
My car has recently started to make a rythmic knocking noise coming from the passenger side rear wheel area, but only after making a turn in either direction. After a 3 to 5 seconds of driving staight, the noise subsides. And the noise dosen't occur in the turn, only after completing the turn. Sometimes the noise is louder than others.
