Clicking noise when turning.

I have a 2000 Lexus GS 300 with 155K miles. For the last few months when turning at low speeds (like making a turn into a parking spot) I hear some clicking noise. Hard to tell if it is coming for left or right. Also, when driving at low speeds on a road with rough surface like a dirt road can feel some vibrations. About 1 month ago replaced a worn passenger upper ball joint. That did not help.

A mechanic suggests that I replace sway bar links – sway bar bushings. He also suggested that I replace lower ball joints. Do you know what may be causing the clicking noise when turning and what part I should replace first?
