1996 Lexus LS 400 Rack and Pinion
I had a new power steering pump installed in Nov 2007. Now I am being told that the rack and pinion is the issue. Should I have expected this to have been identified when the power steering pump was installed. Or does the pump not have anything to do with it? Do they go bad separately?
