1993 Lexus LS 400 Repair Question

1993 Lexus LS 400 Locked Keys in Trunk
Electrical problem
1993 Lexus LS 400 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 220000 miles
I locked my doors, and left the keys in the trunk, and I only have one master key, no remote even. AAA came out and got the doors open, however the alarm went off, and the security system locked the trunk latch, so I cannot open it from the cabin release to get keys! LOL So, I am 1/2 way through the removal of my entire backseat, and I have no clue what to do, can someone please help!
