1993 Lexus LS 400
Engine Performance problem
1993 Lexus LS 400 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 175,00 miles
I have 93 lexus ls400 car will take throttle slowl but wen u give it full throttle it surges it will surge until u get off throttle long as u dont give it full throttle its ok. Im thinkn converters r stopped up

Lack of acceleration,chugging,hesitating,bogging,misfiring etc. could be caused by one of the following below:
Check and test all the items below-we start here.
Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.
Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it.
