1992 Lexus LS 400 seat belts
Electrical problem
1992 Lexus LS 400 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 234543 miles
seat belt on driver side is not retracking back in. also have noticed that the seat belt light doesnot come on when you unbuckle the belt while driving. i know there is a seat belt relay, but its location i cannot find can you help
