1992 Lexus LS 400 Repair Question
Asked on June 19, 2008
Ac clutch not engaging
Air Conditioning problem
1992 Lexus LS 400 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 120000 miles
Checked continuity on clutch solenoid: ok at 10 ohms. No voltage to clutch when activating AC. All fuses and circuit breakers checked ok. I suspect the AC control unit is the problem but since I don't have a schmatic of the AC system or a service manual I am not sure if there could be other elements or sensor failures that are causing the problem. Does anyone have an idea?
