1991 Lexus LS 400 V8 Automatic

my lexus LS400 WONT START. The car cranks, but doesnt fire. I put a new fuel pump and changed the fuel filter. Its getting gas and it has spark. I made sure to check it was getting gas and checked the plugs for spark. Mite be timing, might be compression? Any tips?

Check it with a noid lite at the injector harness
