2001 Lexus IS 300 Repair Question

2001 Lexus IS 300 will not start
2001 Lexus IS 300 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 45000 miles
My son changed the battery in his girl friends car. In doing so he hooked the new battery up backwards. it blew all kinds of fuses and we have replaced them. The car will turn over and the gas pressure comes upbut it will not start. I,m laid up in a hospital bed and can not get to the car. Any help would be greatly appreated. Possibe computor. If you can't help where can I get a wireing harness diagram.

be sure ALL fuses that are blown are replaced.
