2001 Lexus IS 300 electrical system shutdown

2001 Lexus IS 300 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 90000 miles
warm engine shut down few minutes. Went to restart, dash lights flashed then whole electrical system went dead. No engine, no headlights, no dash lights, nothing electrical but red flashing alarm/security light.
